1. When will I receive my order?
All orders should arrive within the next 10 to 15 business days. If your order has taken longer than this, please contact us and we would be pleased to assist you.
2. How do I track my order?

3. Why isn't my tracking number working?
Please be aware that it is rather typical for tracking location data to not update for up to a week after the day the order is placed. It will say 'We are preparing your order' or 'Info Received' while your tracking information is being updated. Rest assured, this signifies that your order has been packaged and is in route to you!
4. My order says delivered but I have not received it?
Please be aware that tracking data may be updated prior to the order being delivered in person. When your order is marked as delivered, we suggest that you give yourself a maximum of three days to physically get it. In any event, if you have any questions concerning the progress of your order, don't hesitate to contact us.
5. Can I change the address on my order?
Orders are typically final once placed and cannot be altered. Please still get in touch with us, and we'll try our best.
6. Why does my bottle/box look different to the photo?
We are delivering our improved packaging and design to every consumer.
